Ordering and cancellation: Please allow two weeks lead time for ordering large quantities of standard microgreens.  Microgreens are grown to order for restaurants and other establishments.  There may be times that we will have some greens in stock, but to guarantee the quantities that you need, a minimum of two weeks for standard microgreens and three weeks for herbs is required.   Some items such as herbs like basil, cilantro, fennel, leek, chives and so forth require three weeks advance notice.  By the same token, cancellations also require the same amount of notification to prevent loss and waste.  Failure to provide advance notice will result in a 50% cancelation fee to the restaurant or establishment.

 Home customer delivery services: Please allow 48 hours of advance notice for any cancelation of orders under $25. Larger orders need two weeks advance notice.  Orders under $25 need to be paid 48 hours before delivery, larger orders need to be paid upon ordering
